Can't believe Picasso was so dedicated to painting so many bugs

These are lovely bugs. So pretty.
Thanks for showing them.

The patterns on the Picasso bug looks rather like an artistic mask.

They remind me of bugs that Timon and Pumbaa would eat (and funny enough they had a musical number in the show featuring a stinkbug)

We have issues with the Van Gogh bug in our veggie garden. It only attacks the ears of corn

Could you do the cuscus next, specifically the ones in the genus Spilocuscus as they are really poorly known

I wasn’t fooled by your joke. Of course Picasso didn’t paint every single one of these bugs. Picasso can’t do symmetry, that’s preposterous.

Stink bugs, for me, will always be connected to raspberries. And that can be a nasty surprise when enjoying your fresh picked berries.

i love that in the world full of big and beautiful things there is another tiny world that has its own magnificent things and has an even smaller world (cells),

What a marvel! Decorations on its armor seems more just African or Australian cave art than Picasso. Wanting research a comparison with European art it's more Juan Miro lookalike

What a fabulous looking creature! I've been following and filming my local stink bugs and found them fascinating. Would like to see a Picasso bug for real.

"Down to South Africa in South Africa"
Idk this line just made me laugh a bit

With all the philandering he did, it wouldn't surprise me if Picasso was traveling around the world painting insects as well.

Their coloration reminds me of a native paint job instead of Picasso.

It’s an Africanized Lady Bug ❣️ No wonder African women dress so colourfully

All through the video I kept wondering if they could live in captivity, assuming you could provide the right food, because they are so beautiful that a very small glass enclosure could hold several to watch; however, when you mentioned the stink that idea fell right off the table. Too bad, it was a nice idea for a short time.

I dunno ... I see a bit of Matisse there, as well. 🤔

Bugs are cool. There's a bug where I live called the harlequin bug but everyone local calls them soldier beetles for some reason. It's a hugely widespread misnaming. We do have soldier beetles too but I doubt if most people here could identify one.
