Var Um. One of my favourite 'music' is listening to the ropes on masts (most people find it annoying), combined with waves on stones or wind in the trees. It's easy to pick up something to use as drum to join in. People often listen but don't really hear. 🎉

As for VAR UMN, it's a fantastic animistic ritual tool. I find it works best for me when I do a woods walk. I just keep it low and pumping through my concussion head phones. It allows me to see and hear all of the natural world, but i gives me sort of a tether to the path I am walking on. Love it!

My musical meditation, more medical mediation...
I mostly listen to fast music to regulate my mood and create/interpret mindscapes
Trauma is crazy and yes, going through my own is why I focus like I do, Dreamcatcher, Lexie Liu, Aurora would be three examples of the wort of music I use tho if I'm being fully honest Pinponpanpon, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, Ado, the three of them have already helped me excoercise so many traumas that I feel like I'm living a whole second life:)

I'm fortunate to live in woods that haven't been walked in much for over 100 years. I was noticing natural anomalies and asking spirit about what I was seeing. This eventually led to me meeting helpers in the 4 directions. I'm developing relationship now. These earth angels each are guardians of a different animal species of which they resemble. They are here to help us at this time of transition. They are as old as our earth.

Taoist, Buddhist, Indigenous, pagan, satanic, Norse, Vodun, mystic Christians etc all have different styles and are from time where electric gizmos didn’t matter ….. now harmony different tuning a correctness like American Got Talent seems to be more valued then the meaning, love, and spontaneous raw primal quality, sometimes mantras to music are cool other times not so much ….. just saying, keep with the grove brother and I’ll be waiting for good tunes 🍻
