Who would draft all the regulation then? Representatives from the private sector?

I understand the need to have experts of the field having the ultimate say but at the same time the temptation to rule in favor of your own interest would be too great.

No one should be given lifetime terms..every single person should be held accountable for their actions whether that be by vote or by Presidential action..lifetime appointment creates an air of invulnerability.
