“Ashes In The Wind”, a beautiful and melancholy piece brims with sadness and longing. Not the obvious first choice of many for the lead track but, after a thousand plays around the world’s sunrises and sunsets an enduring and classic in the making.
“Menabelle” takes inspiration from last year's hit, “Lanarka”, using and twirling cut up vocals to soaring effect. The EP is closed out with the classy and stylish string and synth gem, “Secret”. Beautiful and patient this track sends the EP out into deep space.
