CFTC RULE 4.41 – HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN
Trading performance displayed herein is hypothetical. Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance trading results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all of which can adversely affect actual trading results.
U.S. Government Required Disclaimer – Commodity Futures Trading Commission Futures and Options trading has large potential rewards, but also large potential risk. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in the futures and options markets. Don’t trade with money you can’t afford to lose. This is neither a solicitation nor an offer to Buy/Sell futures or options. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed on this web site. You should seek appropriate advice from your broker, or licensed investment advisor, before taking any action. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Simulated performance results contain inherent limitations. Unlike actual performance records the results may under or overcompensate for such factors such as lack of liquidity. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses to those shown.
The risk of loss in trading can be substantial. You should therefore carefully consider whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition.
If you purchase or sell Equities, Futures, Currencies or Options you may sustain a total loss of the initial margin funds and any additional funds that you deposit with your broker to establish or maintain your position. If the market moves against your position, you may be called upon by your broker to deposit a substantial amount of additional margin funds, on short notice in order to maintain your position. If you do not provide the required funds within the prescribed time, your position may be liquidated at a loss, and you may be liable for any resulting deficit in your account.
Under certain market conditions, you may find it difficult or impossible to liquidate a position. This can occur, for example, when the market makes a “limit move.” The placement of contingent orders by you, such as a “stop-loss” or “stop-limit” order, will not necessarily limit your losses to the intended amounts, since market conditions may make it impossible to execute such orders.

Ima be honest this video was 10x better at explain MSS than ur previous video (about MSS) interesting how if the 5min shows MSS but not 15min then its just a pullback…I liked how u showed both the 5 & 15 min at the same time…good good work thank u!

Wow, with adding the overlay of the higher timeframe was a genius idea. Great breakdown of ICT concepts. Please continue with these simplified explanations as it makes it more easier to understand his premise. New Subscriber 👋🏽👋🏽

0:10 Introduction
0:22 Reversal or Pull back.
0:35 What time frame? TTrades uses the 5 minute however the 15 minute is more reliable and less noisy.
0:42 Scale down to lower TF for the entry
0:55 Example 1. ***After a MSS bullish the only way for the trend to change is for MSS Bearish. *** Consider this Rule #1.
1:14 Rules for pullback and for reversals. Chart example of Bullish MSS and change to bullish trend.
1:35 This chart example defines the following - MSS, Displacement (pullback) then the Trend Change (HH HL then HH HL)
1:40 Scale out to the 15 minute TF - this confirms the structure is not broken and therefore the market is Bullish.
1:55 If you choose to take a 'counter trend trade' then target the FVG imbalance of the bullish displacement, Simple !!
1:56 SMT who are bullish will be preparing to enter the trade at the FVG. This is a low risk and higher probability entry.
2:10 SMT will scale down to a 5 minute or 1 minute TF and look for MSS in the Discount zone inside the FVG.
2:11 this is perfect example of INDUCEMENT (refer to Inducement video if you do not understand the concept). This why risk tolerance and stop placement is critical to the success of any trade.
2:20 Precision entry using the 5 minute and / or the 1 minute TF. ** Key concept to understand for precision entries **. In this case the 1 minute TF gives a cleaner and more precise entry. hooyah !!
2:40 Note. A visible displacement and MSS and pullback into the FVG is all the is required for valid setup / entry. WHY? you are already Bullish. When the second leg confirmation occurs the majority of the move will be over !!
2:41 Success demands that you make a decision. Are you bullish or bearish. When the opportunity is presented then take action.
2:50 Success demands spatial awareness. The higher TF is still bullish. Look to add positions at the FVG.

I think you're doing great explaining the ICTs concepts. What has me baffled about determining bias or reversal versus pullback is why people don't just simply use the 10, 20, 50 and 200 EMAs on any time frame? 99% of the time if the 10 overtakes the 20 and then the 20 overtakes the 50 there is likely to be a shift in trend. Most pull backs tend to pull back to the 5 or 15 20EMA and if a deep pullback to the 50ema. In my opinion that occurs because more people are trading those higher time frames than someone trading down on the 1 minute time frame. Most of the time where you see all of the price gyrations and you're looking for an FVG to enter it occurs right where there is about to be a change in direction and you can clearly see it if you have EMAs up on the screen. I think using ICT with EMAs is a great combination. Generally speaking on the 1HR time frame if the 20EMA crosses the 50EMA you will have several hours of an up or down trend.

Keep up the good work with your videos and analysis. Really think you've done well here.

Short and sweet. Your videos confirm and validate understanding of ICT concepts from their source.

This is where I fail the most :/ ... Nice explanation 👍👍... Although I see a lot that there is not mss in 1min or 5 min if there is a pullback, so in this case you don't enter then ?

i would like to say mss 1 and 5 m is only a pullback to internal important levels so the price will continue his bullesh or bearish move

being an ICT student and mentorship student all his concepts were sort of understood by me but not to the point of being regularly profitable, your videos have introduced a lens of focus on ICT' s basic concepts and bring much needed clarity and focus thank you very much.

Hey man, I wanted to say a huge thank you for your vids. I've been trading successfully for a good amount of time now, but have recently discovered ICT's mentorship and it seems 'next level' especially for day trading, which I haven't done much of. I appreciate you breaking his work down into such easily digestible info. Really well done, keep up the good work, no wonder your channel is doing so well, I've been binge-watching these for the last few days whenever I get some free time. Take care.

This was such a detailed and thorough explanation. I'm much getting into ICT concepts but the way he teaches doesn't really work for me. I like to get right to the point. Thanks for the video.
