One question I used to corner my M.D brother was, "if there are conjoined twins, and one is nonverbal and non communicative and the other can communicate, should the one who cam communicate be able to surgically remove the other knowing it would kill them?" After much prevarication, he said yes. Their right to a normal life outweighs the other's right to live. That's pro-choice. Only life that is wanted and convenient has value. Everything else is a clump of cells. It's scary....murderers always dehumanize their victims and react angrily when confronted with the truth of their humanity.

Yeah it’s insane. There are multiple body parts and organs unique to women for the sole purpose of having children. They are the only sex to have a womb, specifically designed to carry a child. They have periods monthly so that their bodies are constantly at the ready to have a child. They have breasts for the sole purpose of feeding their child. And all of these capabilities and abilities of women are so incredibly powerful and important, yet they throw them away just as they would their own child. You don’t “give” a baby in the womb a part of you, they live and grow in the only part of you that facilitates them. Not even remotely comparable to an organ transplant

By this logic, you wouldn't really be able to prosecute for child abuse or neglect. I think really what it comes down to is a devaluing of human life in general across all ages, and less responsibility and care for others that leads to this lack of obligation to care for one's own children
