In this video, I document the creation of PropScript, my own programming language in order to more easily create content for my voxel-based terraforming game, Terra Toy.

I notice that all grass in synchronised, maybe you should add an offset or some sort to make them behave slightly differently.
The easiest way to do that would be to add an offset base on the grass position (maybe just one axis to see how it look first) otherwise some noise to create clusters.
My only concerned is that maybe the current animation wont be a good fit.
I just think that having "wind grass waves" a pretty cool to look at in video games.

You should put "Terra Toy" in the title

very nice work froze! this game and your channel in general have such good vibes, you seem like a great dude. a lot of people would have gotten bogged down on the language thing and spent 6 months on it lol

Amazing project, you took action on what I had been considering doing for a long time. And I watched all your devlogs right after Youtube feed me this video 😍

As a feature suggestion, making it possible to add multiple props at a time with a brush-like mode would be beneficial. Each brush size would increase the area and slightly increase the number of props (area needs to grow at an area proportional to the number of trees to keep the density the same). Also, my personal take on the sunflower is that it doesn't come across super clearly, so maybe a more stylized sunflower Grove option would be better, similar to your group of cattails prop.

I'm loving watching you grow your game and creating new tools as you need them. It's already inspiring me to work on my own projects.

this game looks absolutely stunning, one little thing, maybe up the noise a bit on the grass, so it waves in a more organic way. this is just personal preference. keep up what you're doing!!!

This looks amazing! It makes me want to see how it looks like if you were to walk on the planet in first-person.

I've never heard anyone use Preliminary Art Form as background music before, great taste in music

Nice work! For this kind of project this is sure helpful! I like creating own languages! Awesome :) Thanks for sharing your code on this one!

Now you only need an AddOn for Visual Studio Code's Language Server :P

Nice man. I'm making a game too, it's not as flashy as yours but it's closer to completion, and it takes very quick to compile because of how simple it is. You deserve more subs than me!

Hello I am back and I had a interesting idea terra toy, idk if it is possible or relevant but it would be interesting to be able to push a key and something to make you land on the planet and walk around, it could add a whole new perspective to the game.

You used C418's One Album for background music. Great Choice!

This game is coming along really well! Have you thought about adding a feature that lets the player walk around the planet's surface?
