Why is understanding quantum physics, or the science of energy, so important to each of us as individuals? Here Valerie shares a few scientific studies that demonstrate that our heart knows something negative is about to happen before it even happens; that our dream content is influenced by others' thoughts; that our thoughts influence one another in ways we never dreamed. And how at least 95% of our health is a result of our state of mind, whether the origin is within us or not. It is essential that we consciously cultivate calm, peace, compassion, love so that we may shift the energy patterns within us, and in this way, we "lighten up" this planet so infused with negativity.

I have 2 questions:
1. what is then evil, what does it do to us energy wise? What is it doing to others? Can it be deflected and rejected? Must we absorb evil of others?
2.What is actually happening when our bodies wear out?
3. How can we use this knowledge to function better in this existence?

Good info, one universal geometrical process could explain a lot of this, emergent patterns! What is needed is a deeper understanding of time.
