(Racial) Diversity in Clinical Trials

What are the historical and present structural barriers to diverse participation in medical research and clinical trials? How do we make our clinical trials more diverse? Are the barriers a problem of the underrepresented communities or are they more indicative of systemic deficits? This video prepares a research community to engage in community-centric research trials built on mutual trust, transparency, and cultural humility.
