You are seeing what that HK-22 additive is all about. It makes the ball cleaner through the front and stores more energy for the backend. But I also agree that the HR is more forward off the breakpoint and the Effect goes a little more sideways. My preference would be the Effect as it appears that it could be the more versatile of the two.

The Hammer Effects looks to be a bit longer in length and a tad bit smoother than the Harsh Reality. Harsh Reality looks to be a ball where you can play more inside, wants to get into a roll earlier, and also can handle a little bit more oil than the Effect. Great video! Trying to build a 3 ball arsenal bag until pick up another bag. So far I have phase2, ion, journey and the vibe. Once I join a league I think I need something for heavy oil conditions. I think if your gonna play straighter, throw the effect to get down the lane before hooking, the harsh reality I think is the ball to use on the deep inside line.
