A keen Instagram user attracts the wrong sort of attention from a mysterious follower. It’s not long before she realises something seriously menacing is going on.

So many of us harmlessly post our daily activities on social media, each creating our own digital reality. But do we ever stop to think who could be out there monitoring our every move?

My previous horror shorts often have a supernatural or psychological element, so I fancied creating something set firmly in the real world. Tapping into the social media revolution we’re all living through.

This is why I make sure there's no space behind or under my furniture, keep my windows locked at all times, keep my back to a wall if I feel even 1% unsafe, and resolve to both call police at the FIRST sign of trouble, and refuse to comply with instructions if I know I'm likely to die soon. Don't help someone enjoy killing you. Make 'em pay for it. Get their DNA under your fingernails.
