I like how logical it is. Hal has red colour so cubes atacks don't do anything to him. Same goes to blue boi and medusa.

Whenever I watch/listen to this I'd like to think that Cyan would be immune to Medusa's attacks since it's blue or cyan like him and for Hal he would be immune to Cube's "pink" attacks since he's pink (kinda) himself. Both cube heroes need to face these two even tho one of them was once an ally which will be cured from the corruption (Cube) while the other needs to be defeated. (Medusa)
