Concerning the part about the order of sharps and flats (3:05), I've learnt another phrase or mnemonic that's the same for both (sharps and flats) where you just flip the phrase:
*Order of Sharps:* Father Charles Goes Down And Ends Battle
*Order of Flats:* Battle Ends And Down Goes Charles's Father (which is simply the same sentence but flipped)
