Definitely found it flat too. Was putting heel up for a minute but when I backed off a touch I fell in love with it

The Weight Kit is totally worth the investment to change out the weights from 10 to either 15 or 20g weights. Plus a 50g counter weight in the grip.

Just got it today...weight is a bit light but feels good. I did some practice at home, and the result was pretty amazing compare to my current putter.
