The only eyeliners I can get to stay on my waterline, and stays all day, is the Sephora Collection 12 hr pencil liner. They have so many beautiful colors and they stay put.

The limited edition Wet And Wild glow setting sprays are so good. They do one with characters that are really good, looks milky or a pearlescent, but doesn’t leave micro shimmer on the face. And my all time favorite for dry, mature or for matte looks that are too matte or powdery is the Cover Girl Cactus water hydrating spray. It is as good if not better than the luxury glow/hydrating setting sprays but a fraction the cost and the mister always works and is a fine beautiful mist. I really like the Elf Power Grip Dewy is also really good, but has an oil or something in it to leave a slight greasiness to the skin, that the Cover Girl does not. The mister on the Elf also seriously sucks. I know it’s supposed to be such a fine mist, and if it worked I would accept that, but it gets clogged rendering it totally useless, so I always have to transfer it over to a different spray bottle which is annoying AF since with a setting spray, the mist needs to work!

I think a lot of your setting sprays are getting getting clogged because you store them horizontally. Maybe consider a vertical organizer?
