Overall both phones are great in almost all categories, i own but phones and to be honest the one problem that bothers me in the S22 Ultra is the random lag and bad ram management, So far my S21 Ultra performance somewhat smoother

This is why it's good to turn off Ram Plus, even with 8 GB rom. I don't know what Samsung is doing, but it seems like it tries to cache apps to Ram Plus most of the time. I turned it off on my Tab s8, and the 8 GB of Ram is doing a lot better keeping more apps in the background.
