Being the only PR30C on the short line railroad, Pacific Harbor Line, I decided to head on down to Wilmington to try to catch this locomotive. After parking a line of container cars at the South End of the Dolores Yard, we catch PHL 40 departing the yard for its next assignment. Being one of my favorite locomotives, and with its classic P3 horn and nice Crew onboard…(also a fouled rear horn), this was a must see for my railfanning list at W Thenard down in Wilmington, Ca.
