So, so good. I was able to hear each individual without interruptions. Michele's home was so bright and cheerful. She is a lovely person. Our temps in the south today are 99 high with 76 low/heat index of 109...it is hot folks!! With this heat wave a lot of our states are in, please stay cool and inside your home. As for the dead topiary... I either spray paint them a moss green and keep them.. or I let them get dried and turn taupe and brown and incorporate them into my fall decor with pumpkins and pears.

Their summers are dry, pleasant with comfortable breeze. Yes creative use of the fire place when not during their freezing winters is interesting.
* Whereas our summers are hot, humid, sweaty, rainy, with mud and slush everywhere. So we have to think differently for our farmhouses.

I love this outdoor space with the garage doors, it is so cozy and provides extra space when the weather gets cooler with a cozy fire. Our temp in New England today is 81 with 78% humidity with a light drizzle (it has been raining on and off for days, on a clear day we have smoke from Canada wild fires, not the best summer so far.) just making the most of it. Love this home.
