How to Convert PDFs (or any file) into Clickable Hyperlinks

In this video I show you the super easy-peasy way on how to convert PDF files (or any file) into clickable hyperlinks. You don't have to download any software to do it either. How cool is that? It's so cool, the video should be given a Like and Subscribe or something, eh? What do you think? 😁

1) If the file you want to make into a PDF isn't in your drive already, just go to the left of the screen, right click on "My Drive" and click "Upload files". Once it's uploaded into your drive, just follow the instructions in the video.

Once you get it there will it just print what you have downloaded or will it have the black on the sides.That is what I was concerned about. I know this is a stupid question but I am new to digital and I don't want to do this wrong.

This works well if you have permission to access the file but it makes you request access if you are not the one who owns it. How do you make the access unlock able so that anyone can click on the link and download it from your landing page without having to request it?
