Many years ago, in the mid 80's I seen a cigar shaped looking UFO outside of Pheonix when I was out in the desert 4 wheeling. When it flew by only about maybe 300 meters away it was completely silent, it appeared to be probably about 25-30 meters long with zero lights or visible windows, I was in my truck on the CB radio which I was talking on telling others what I was seeing died while the power seemed to shut off and on a couple times on my truck, the CB never worked again, the thing when it flew off it was a blur because it was moving so fast... Still to this day the vision of the thing I saw in the sky is in my memories like it happened yesterday...

Folks complaining of the video quality.... Those black and white videos we are being shown Are Not from video cameras as we know them. They are screen capture from the ship's Combat Information Center computers, which are a combination of radar, thermal, infrared, and other spectrum sensors fed into a computer that shows an interpretation of what your human eyes cannot see in different environments, light conditions, distance, weather conditions etc.. Also, if it were a regular camera lens, all you would see would be dirt, grime, salt deposits, fog, water droplets, condensate etc, it would need to be constantly cleaned to see clearly and no sailor is gonna be wiping clean no camera lens mounted on a mast much less during general quarters or during battle stations or bad weather or at night.... Besides, try filming something at a distance of several kilometers with your phone camera or 12K HD camera, see how steady your video will be.

4 people including myself have seen it. We were sailing to Cabo San Lucas from San Diego on our boat. We were well offshore between Cedros Island and Guadalupe Island when my brother who was on watch yelled " what the f⊙ck is that"!!! I was sleeping up top in the cockpit ant that woke me up. What what, I was thinking it was a whale close to the boat which happens often. He pointed to the sky out West, there was a glowing circle with about 10 dots moving independently and insanely fast making sharp turns. The other 2 came up top and watched with us in amazement. We watched about another 10 minutes and then bam, they were gone. We were so excited and amazed at the show that nobody thought to take a video or picture We just stared at the sky.
