Anne Waiguru resigns from Cabinet

Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru has bowed to public pressure and resigned.
In her emotional speech to the media at her office Saturday afternoon, Waiguru said she made the decision to quit due to health reasons.

Kibera is a much better place today than it has ever been for years. Those who were shouting loudly for to be sacked have failed to change lives in their communities.
