Young Woman 1 (YW 1) : “I come from Shiraz. It seems to me like the best place in town is the bazaar and the best people are in the bazaar. Each time you come here, you are faced with a strange (unique ?🤷🏻‍♂️) privilege (?).”

YW 2 : “I have come from Sari.” (On the shores of the Caspian Sea, north of the Alborz range of mountains. She is a loooong way from home.) “Every time I come to the bazaar, it’s like I step in another part of the world.” (… Did not understand what she said after 🤷🏻‍♂️) “At a bookstore the people were so nice. The kindness of the people is so much, it’s been 10 years since I’ve felt so much warmth, maybe in Shiraz” (where YW 1 is from 🙂).

YW 3 : “I came from Tehran” (the capital of Iran)
Ahmad Reza interrupts 😕: “Then Arak is below your level 100%”
YW 3 : “No, the town has a lot of good. (…).”

YW 4 (with the long blue jacket) : “I came from Lorestan.” (a mountainous region just south of Arak). “From the village of Douroug” (?). “In my opinion since I came here and against my preconceived notions, there is much more to this place than just doors, walls, bricks and shops. There is a sensation here one can only get from old buildings.”

YW 5 (sitting) : “I myself am from Arak, born here. I am grateful to live here because of everything that has already been said by everyone. This is a very different place.”

YW 6 (with glasses) : “I am also from Arak, since birth. It seems to me like the bazaar is completely…”
Ahmad Reza interrupts her here ‼️😠 to make a joke about the character of the people of Arak.

🙌 Ahmad Reza jan, ghorbunet beram, you know I love you but I have to say, if you interview someone don’t interrupt them please.😅🥰🤗. You have done this before too in other videos 😅. She didn’t get to finish what she wanted to say. We’ll never know.☹️

The haji (who knew better than to interrupt the women but doesn’t mind interrupting Ahmad Reza 😂.) now says something along the lines that the entire misery of the nation is reflected here in Arak. (…). He elaborates this point and it appears like the young women are a bit uneasy and tight lipped (it’s subtle but look @ 11:37).
