Y'all definitely need hats and a roofer to come in. To start checking integrity of roof structure starting from top. If water poured in like that it could be pooling and collapse. Y'all gonna have to go straight to skeleton in some rooms i see. Lucky it didn't cave. Stay geared up and safe!

Despite the bad shape the home is/was in, it's honestly a very beautiful home. Where did Nick come from? How did you meet. OMG, he appears committed, is he? Ngl saw one of these vids from a month ago and a professional in the comments said about getting a roofer and it seems they still didn't get a roofer, please just get someone to repair the roof, it's silly not to.

Subbed. What a cool house it will be someday. Probably even better than the original family had it when you’re done with it. Following so I can watch the progress, I wouldn’t be able to breathe In that house with all that mold. Be sure to always wear protective gear while rehabbing it so those mold spores won’t damage your lungs.
