Dear Mat,
Here's a suggestion from an Economics student to improve your videos, in a way, these videos can be your passive income.
So suggestion is that explain complex topics with the help of practical examples. For example, in case of passive income, the way you operate and manage your reelastate business could be a nice way to explain it. It requires timely maintainance, but has regular income. For active income your example of 40 hour job works.
My professor's use to cut marks if I didn't explain real historical examples behind the theories.

Very interesting video Matt. We the people with visual impairments have very rough time finding a regular job and I do believe that exploring the possibility of creating a source of passive income may be a good alternative for a lot of us. Now the ting is figuring out what we can do in order to generate that kind of income.

great video, at this point I am doin both, I have an investment portfolio and I focus on stocks that pay dividends, then I take the dividends and pay some of my bills. Right now my dividends pay for my home insurance and my life insurance, if there is any leftover I re-invest back into stocks. We have looked into buying some rental properties, but where I live the cost of getting into a home is simply too much and too risky. Love to hear how you do it

Thanks Matt, this is something I've been thinking about. But I'm a cancer survivor and I depend on SSI and my insurance... Right after going through final treatment It was a nice day for lemonade for me and my girlfriend but I got hit by a car blowen a stop sign on the way got a small settlement, I couldn't have access to other money outside my SSI so I couldn't even have a nest egg Without loosing health insurance... Do you think the same would apply here? You guys are great.... 👍
