These ev manufactures should be sued and fined the same way a certain German manufacturer [VW] did for it's fake emissions data.

They don't want the car back because they can't sell the ones they have, when are people going to wake up and see that EVs are 🤬

Come on dude. Paid 120k for a car made in China by a Chinese company?

Not as advertised sounds like not fit for purpose which is valid reason for full refund under the law.

It would seem Diane Abbot has been moonlighting for Lotus.

The best way not to be concerned about a 300 mile battery range is to trade-in his Lotus for a Jaguar iPace. Then, when the Jag takes off on its own accord, he'll be praying the battery range would go down much faster!

If a car is "Misdescribed" in an advert and sold, even if it used car you have the right to reject within 30 days and in this cars case probably longer. He must not let them work on the car as they could use this against him as acceptance of the car. He needs to write to Lotus UK telling them he is using his right to reject the car as it was misdescribed to him and is not fit for purpose giving them 14 days notice to reply and telling them if no reply within 14 days he will initiate court proceedings involving trading standards and any finance house involved...

The car identifies as being a car getting 310 miles. Stop being a hateful vehicle mileagephobe.

Not Fit For purpose, speak to trading standards, DO NOT GIVE UP !! My friend had similar issues with a CUPRA EV, he won!!

I suspect the range was calculated by the same person who counted Joe Brandon's 81 million votes.

He is crying over mileage today. Wait until he finds out his electric car like many others will lose 50% of its valued in two or so years.

Said earlier vid but it needs saying again..
The e.v. test is done on a rolling road without drag, hills and cold and a lot of it is 30 mph.
So basically those tasked with making a standard test, invented a test for E.V. range that would make them look much better than they really are.
This was all part of our overlords big scam to ban i.c.e. vehicles.
Logic would dictate they give the miles per KWH and range at 56 m.p.h. and an 'urban' test the same as an i.c.e. car, but for obvious reasons they didnt do that.

Like Jaguar and Rover, Lotus was an aspirational car maker; They had status. Not any more, sadly.

Keep away from Lotus seems to be the message here. Sky is still grey and cloudy in Newcastle
