Spinach is in season in the UK so it's the perfect time to try these lovely summer pasties. Watch Hugh devour some after a round of cricket.. what could be more English?

My wife made these using fresh young nettles instead of the spinach, they were great!

I just saw an episode where you were out on the field visiting one of your successful Landshare expansions on a crisp day toasting your victors with a Brandy Eggnog using one of their super fresh eggs.

A really classy drink to fit the occasion.

"I never liked your spinach puffs... never!" said only Yzma from The Emperor's New Groove, ever. They look great!

A blue goats cheese is amazing, it would really make it yummy

yum yum - looks like a Turkish Pasty - how's that for the purists :oD But honestly, very similar to the bagel shaped bread you can buy in Turkey, stuffed with spinach and feta cheese, topped with sesame seeds.

If I were 150 younger, I'd ask you to marry me! Love your food and the respect you have for it whether it's animal-based or vegetable-based.
