✔️What you Need
Mat, pillow and a pole or something similar: Golf club, Broomstick, Ski pole, be creative!
💡Try this video 2-3 times a day for the first few weeks post Breast Cancer
Surgery (Lumpectomy, Mastectomy, Biopsy, Lymph Node Removal, Breast Reconstruction) to improve your Shoulder Movement and Reduce Pain. These Breast Cancer specific exercises will also help the suppleness of the fascia and tissues after Radiation. Consult with your individual health care professional before beginning any exercises.
You will benefit from re-visiting these exercises down the road, when you have recovered from your Breast Cancer Surgery.
