These images remind me of my childhood on a wooded acre that my parents bought in 1948. I spent my childhood playing and studying the beautiful natural wonders on this property. This shaped my life for all eternity. They could've bought a new split level or a ranch house like so many 1950's parents were doing. But no, they opted to buy a house built in 1912 with a breathtaking wooded acre. It was a decision that put them at odds with some of their friends but it didn't matter because the almost block long "yard" was to die for and they didn't care that they were not following the norms for married couples back then - they did it their way and I loved them for it.

beautiful shots accompanied with a beautiful work of music! I watched this video originally just to listen to the music, but the video shots brought in many thoughts about how beautiful the untouched earth is, and how human progress is destroying it. Future generations may never get the opportunity to experience the natural beauty of this planet.
