If you need to carry 12 people and all their gear off road an SUV or truck isn't going to have enough seats. Sounds like you could use a van?
Next problem...where do you find a van with 4wd? You may find vans with all wheel drive systems which are just front wheel drive with rear assist but that is not true off road capable 4WD.
If you can't find one from the factory you are going to have to have one built. This is where the guys at advanced4x4vans come in.
