My Personal opinion, I fw the BoruSumi ship, and I feel like people be sailing the BoruSara ship cuz they never got NaruSaku realized, or they wanna see a jougan/sharingan hybrid.

It's not really the most impressive writing, and that's basically like the DBZ equivalent of "HOW FAR CAN WE PUSH THE LIMITS BEFORE WE GO UNIVERSAL, AND PUSH BEYOND THE GODS THEMSELVES?!"

And then, having 2 of the 3 main characters fall in love is a cliche and overly common trope, like bro, they did that with Harry Potter, and tons of other anime, and non anime series or films, and books or comics. The main argument against BoruSumi is its NaruHina 2.0 but the exact same arguement can be used in favor of BoruSumi as well. Not every ship needs to happen and have an even more powerful offspring produced from it.

We already have himawari, that's a potential jougan + byakugan candidate right there, in equal or greater power, if trained right, to Sasuke before his nerf.

In the end its literally just an opinion though, and you can #BoruSara all you want. I'm not judging, although it might seen like it, that's just kinda how I see it. Sarada and Boruto just dont look like or act like they're a match for eachother.
