Herald Square being one of the commercial and transit hubs in NYC, it used to be overly crowded during rush hour. The quieter streets of New York City look deserted and no one is rushing anywhere. This must have been during peak hours in the middle of people commuting. People walking from penn st to their offices. This intersection is particularly busy because you got people coming from port authority as well. This footage is gold
