We purchased 2 AC with IFB afor providing good service in Future. We faced issues in both ACs withing a month. And also they are charging extra 899+ gst to claim super waranty of additional 4 years.

Complaint regarding 1st AC (1 Ton) -
The AC stopped working within 1 month. We complained 1st time but no one came to resolve the issue. In 2nd complaint, the technician visited and told that it's PCB got damaged and needed to replace. Technician team ordered new one which takes more than 10 days to arive at my location. At the times of replacement of PCB, the technician told that it is not fault of PCB, it's motor damage. Then they ordered motor which is still waiting condition and we are waiting and

Complaint regarding 2nd AC (1.5 Ton) -

After installation of AC, the indoor unit was generating too much noise. We complained 6 times but no one visited to resolve the problem and closed the ticket stating that it is resolved. Always closing the tickets without visiting.

As per product catelog, the noise level should be 39Db.

Also requested IFB to replace both AC due to above issues but not replaced.

Third class service from IFB. Think several times before buying AC from IFB.

I have 2 IFB ACs, Very good AC no complaints, there are some faults in every brand and IFB also have but they are fixing it.IFB ACs are powerful, effective and nice.

I bought IFB 1.5 ton split AC on 12th April 2024. I did complaint Technicians come and go saying it won't fix it. Someone says it's bad and needs to be changed. Another says we will send someone else. E4 da sign is coming up with so many idiots, still they don't know what to do.

IFB your Coustomer Service has degraded so much! Not the same IFB anymore. My IFB Washing Machine died on me in February (still under warranty!), and it's been a nightmare ever since. They sent someone and asked us to wait for parts. Now it's out of warranty (thanks to delays!), and they're blaming my 60-year-old mom for cancelling the complaint (which never happened!).

How to connect the ac with phone ?? The demonstrater not explain the features.and not installation the ac properly i continuously call the service centre but no-one responding....
