"Which one creates more greenhouse gas, transportation or animal production?
Gerardo Urbina gave his answer based on some data and facts. He talked about his reason why and how he decided to be a vegan. He also indicated the possibility to make a food revolution by science and technology.
Gerardo Urbina from the Republic of El Salvador is an international student of Nagoya University. Through communicating with some students from various cultures and backgrounds at Nagoya University, he thought about the vegetarian lifestyle and decided to practice it. At first, he sympathized with it from an ethical perspective. However, it hit him to reconsider food industry from a vegetarian point of view."

Energy density needs to be discussed when discussing meat production. It is often over looked, and assumed that just eating vegetables is the answer to the world's hunger problems.

Yes, you CAN say to 100 people to stop eating meat! And exactly - just like that!!! But the speech is good. Plants seeds - vegan seeds. :)))

I'm from El Salvador too, so proud to hear you say so ingenious ideas! The only thing is about the teast. If it's true the nutrition is important for people is as iqual important the taste and flavor of the meet. So the only question for me is this "in vitro" meet is as good as the real one? It could taste as good as the meet from a cow?. I think beside the nutrition facts in this lays the exit from people consuming or not

Everything in moderation.
Too much of anything is not good.
We should eat moo. But moo should be grown in near natural environment.
Issue is mass production and capitalistic intents.
If human health and joy of life is our focus. Moo will be happy and so we would too.
Please dont promote frankestienish food.
Cars and food are different objects
Well done for your research and your ideas though. Thanks
