Vmaker is the most powerful Loom alternative I have come across. It has desktop apps & chrome extension for easy screen recording. It has annotation features, background remover, background replacement as well as decorations for your webcam. TTS and transcription features are coming too.

It does, what it says. The ability to annotate while recording is what I like. Auto Blurring certain text (or words) on the like e-mail id, user name etc. as they come is something I hope they add.

Vmaker has tons of features already in and upcoming. Video scheduler and effect for the webcam are the best two features to me.

Really interresting tool. I have thel ils deal but dont use it because I dont have cname and sendspark is my favorite tool . But the Windows app is now avalable I have to check how it is working....

If Vmaker adds SnagIt's image capture, especially with a panoramic feature, that would be awesome. This is one feature that BerryCast is lacking. SnagIt can do both image and video capture. But they don't offer LTD. Imagine Vmaker replacing SnagIt.
