As a Carpenter, we would start at 6am then knock off at noon, if we needed to get more done that day we'd come back at 4pm and work till 7pm ( most of the time we just did 6 hour days and it worked out fine... that summer sun will beat you up then laugh at you later

It's a scorcher! In Cincinnati, my car said it was 101 outside! But you and Jade have 2 huge advantages - you're young and you're not fat. Just do the obvious - lots of water, take breaks. You two are some of the hardest working young women with a great work ethics/family/business. 👍

Hot coffee actually will cool you down by causing your body to kick in to cooling mode and cool you more than the coffee warms you. Another amazing thing of how the body works. Cheers Girls.

DEFINITELY! like He wrote, sunscreen is a must, and with the breakdown of the ozone, the ultraviolet is stronger. I just had successful surgery for an early melanoma. It happens over time (this has not been a public service announcement) keep yourselves Beautiful/Healthy like you Guys' are ~ that's everything, the rest is cake - my 2 cents; electrolyte powder in water occasionally does wonders
