I know how you feel! I've had this now for 2 and half months. I've been drinking more water, throat lozenges, dosing up on cough and flu medicines, taking multivitamins, doing steam inhalations twice a day, keeping warm, plenty of rest but I'm a swim teacher and everytime I get into the pool it comes back on overnight and I'm back at square 1 after starting to feel a tiny bit better for 3 days. It's not 2 and a half months if this and it keeps coming back to the point where I am using a nebuliser now twice a day for my gradually worsening asthma and at risk of losing my job due to being so ill whilst I'm working that I am struggling to be able to do my job to the standard needed or then taking a few days off to help recover. I don't know what to do after it turned into bronchial asthma and I am now feeling absolutely exhausted so as soon as I go back to work with a bunch of kids who are sick but still going swimming...I catch it again and back in bed for weeks on end. I'm not looking forward to spending this Christmas literally recovering but I hope I do because i haven't felt well since mid September.

I have had an infection for a month. It has impacted my liver function! My eyes have hurt, had a fever, which seems to have passed mostly. Now have cold like symptoms. Miserable. Not sure what to do. It's been going so long.
