I dont know why Boros is so underrated.... In the entire Onepunch man so far Boros was the only one who could say how powerful saitama was just by looking at him... No other hero or monster was able to say that saitama was so powerful just by looking at him

Fun fact: Saitama has never used more than one limb at once in a fight.
Even against Boros he was fighting with one hand and finally killed the DB rip-off with merely the shockwave of his punch.

Well saitama is basically the founder of the hero association and I guess you could say the main influence over heroes like king or anybody who has previously been saved by saitama from crazy strong monsters

I think Genos deserves the number 11 spot, his showings against Psyorochi and multi-continental fire power prove at least that much. Number 12 can go to child emperor if we still count his fight against Brilliant Eagle pheonix man

Metal Bat can beat dragon class opponents, and Garou just about beat him. But Watchdog man toyed with him.

When you think about that Boros is actually one of the stronger enemies who actually took multiple punches from Saitama.

They need to implement detailed sublevels because the dragon territory is so vast every body is in it now.
Also technically someone like tatsumaki is basically low GOD level simply because her abilities are undeniably a threat to humanity if you see what level of power she displayed in late chapters.

Saddest part is that AG and Boros are considered equals and Saitama allows AG to have even fewer chances against him than he did with Boros. I'm assuming he respected Boros more for standing by his convictions even if they were wrong and considered AG to be wrong because he was trying to create peace through fear. He however considered Garou to still be human and held back enough to not kill him.

To be fair, mob never really tried to practice or improve his physic abilities, he's also very peaceful. All he cares about is that girl and physical personal self improvement. He just happens to be the most powerful psychic in his universe. He's also in middle school while tatsumaki is a fully grown adult at max brain growth.
