I have been practicing Gateway for 6 months. I can say without a doubt that my experience with Gateway has given me access to my subconscious and allowed me to reprogram it. I use it to heal my body as well. Its the single most amazing thing I have ever done for myself in my 50 years on this planet. I highly encourage everyone to give it a chance to have a positive affect on your life as well. Keep in mind that, just like any exercise of the body. Results take some time, but this is a shortcut to advanced meditative techniques. Respect and love to all.

Gateway wasn't that top secret in the 1980s. The Gateway tapes were sold in various New Age stores at the time. I used them myself. Had an out-of-body experience after just one tape. Which were guided meditations combined with white noise.

I first became interested in this 'stuff' at the age of 17. Now I'm in my 70s and can honestly say that this study is one of the most comprehensive explanations/study and presentations I have come across. Well done to the author - most impressed. I tried Transcendental meditation following someone on YouTube and it blew my mind, so much concentration and literally felt like I had power coming out of my third eye. Felt I could do anything. The intensity lasted just over a week then faded away. Gave me an idea of what the mind can do.

To live in the moment is for us to be closest to the purest reality, to simply be ourselves as the universe shapes us, we resonate and amplify. Every time I meditate I get what i describe as chills from the bottom of my spine that rises to my head and I can feel it vibrate my head. If I focus on my breathing I can cause it to happen constantly and my mind feels good after.
