Window washers dressed up as superheroes to brighten the day of all children at the hospital. As you can see, a very happy little boy holding batman, who was also outside."

I worked at the Children's Hospital at the University of Michigan and two superheroes cleaned the windows a couple of times a year; the kids were thrilled and the nurses took selfies with the guys. Perhaps they are an itinerant high-rise window-cleaning company.
