You just demonstrated perfect examples of “gaslighting” - just because ‘the medical community’ - whoever / whatever THAT is - doesn’t acknowledge “leaky gut” or chronic Lyme or adrenal fatigue … people are dismissed! PERFECT 😂

Just because the medical community does not recognize adrenal fatigue or Lyme disease does not mean that these are not real conditions. Our family has experienced and overcome both of these, as well as thyroid problems, with the help of some very knowledgeable naturopathic doctors. We do our own research and take responsibility for our own health. We recognize that our medical community has their place...our son had open heart surgery as an infant that saved his life...but we do not blindly follow medical advice simply because someone gives it.

I have had a mix of both male and female doctors. I like my male family doctor very much and on the same hand he once had an assistant that was excellent. I have a female for an OBGYN and always feel like I'm rushed. So good and bad experiences with both sexes. And yes, sometimes I think women just don't like other women. Most of us have a lot of questions and they don't like that.

That is what happened to me. I just don't go to doctors anymore.

I have to call BS on part of this! As someone who suffers from a rare genetic connective tissue disorder that affects literally every part of my body: just because the arsehats haven't heard of the condition, it doesn't make it any less real! New conditions are being figured out, and names are being attached to these conditions. Adrenal fatigue is when the body is chronically, severely stressed to where the adrenal glands can't keep up. Eventually, it becomes adrenal insufficiency.
