Willow Springs Raceway - Streets of Willow Springs, Counter-Clockwise

A few people at the track asked me to post this lap.
I signed up with Speed Ventures for the short track at Willow Springs, known as Streets of Willow Springs. . It is only 1.6 miles long, tight and twisty. I brought he GT2 Corvette. I don't think I have ever run it on this track. Today was the Corvette Challenge, this car fits into the highest Ultimate class. The car did great despite my mediocre driving. I had not been to this track in a while and with the quickly rising temperature, I needed to throw down a good lap in the first session. Despite my lameness, and I know this will sound like pity props to myself, in that session I threw down the fastest Ultimate class lap, the fastest Corvette lap and the fastest overall lap of the day for everyone at the track today. With that said, it was a 1:16.4 lap, but I know 1:14 is there on a cooler day and with less lameness on the car controls. It was a sloppy lap.
