I feel your pain with more game hunters in my area over time too. I used to clean up from 2009-2012. Its gotten intense past 2-3 yrs. lotsa competition.

Helix is actually from Kitchener, Ontario and I don't believe they have a documentary. I think you may be thinking of the band called, Anvil.

The Motley Crue, Ozzy, and Maiden LPs are pretty hard to find because they came out in the late 80s when vinyl was starting to get phased out so there weren't as many pressed (think of like late release NES games). The Iron Maiden is a $30 record, thats one of their hardest to find albums on vinyl

You may be generating your own competition. It's what I called the "storage wars principle."  Once those guys got the TV show and it blew up everyone and their mom started doing storage auctions, thus making their line of work more expensive and harder.

Nice vinyl grabs there. I don't collect those but I wouldn't mind grabbing some old 80's metal albums for sure.

Super jelly of those vinyls again. Original Iron Maiden albums (the non-reprints) are pretty expensive. Not sure about that particular one but it's probably 25$+
