Exclusive Apple Watch Leaks! Touch ID, Oxygen Saturation & More!

The Apple Watch Series 6 is still on track for its usual Fall release and will likely include blood oxygen saturation monitoring for the first time. Later on down the road, the Apple Watch will continue to be the same round-rectangle it has always been but Touch ID will manifest itself in either the Digital Crown or display. Blood oxygen saturation readings in new Apple Watches would be huge, especially regarding with more severe cases of COVID-19 or people with existing chronic respiratory issues, like asthma or COPD.

The oxygen stuff, should be included with an update. Because it’s capable of doing that as of now specially if it’s with just breathing and tracked with the heart rate sensor

The rounded rectangle/square is much nicer for a digital watch or device with a display. Making it circular would complicate placing internal components and make software harder to program.

Well done. I bought the series five in January of this year, and love it. I hope they bring out the next IOS watch firmware that can do oxygen saturation for series five and older. It can do heart monitoring after-all. Well done once again.
