Here's my alignment specs after my 2" lift and JBA Upper Control Arms. Aftermarket UCA may not be needed but I went with it for more caster. The steering is firm and the truck drives great!

That much Caster will kill your Rack-N-Pinion in your steering. You may experience premature leaking of your power steering.

Have you had any issues with the bilsteins, jbs uca or aligbment ? How much lift did u go with on the bilsteins?? I'm tryubg to fifure out how much caster is needed per inch of lift .

Did you have those wheels and tires on stock suspension? Can you give details as to size and if you had rubbing? I'm looking into doing tires and wheels before I can afford doing the lift.
