Apologies for the audio picking up my breathing. My microphone settings were reset. They will be all fixed in the next video.

Appreciate the video! I think you are a little too optimistic and inclusive about the “health care sector”. Pharmacy and Health tech is a small segment of the sector with roles most people do not think of as “health care”. Hospitals and clinic work is not very lucrative unless you are at the top (doctors). Yes the industry will “grow”, but many roles in the sector are so specialized that they do not offer an increasing career ladder. A lot of health care is closer to government work than technology/engineering. The culture is often anti-innovation, inefficient, keep the status-quo. Technology is rarely leveraged appropriately. The organizations are filled with pre-computer people. Earnings are limited by the payers (insurance industry) and wages rarely keep up with their market rates. Theres a reason why health care workers often unionize, especially in advanced economies (NY, CA, MA). Nonetheless good video and broad analysis. Its important to think about sector when choosing a career.

Tech could stay in S tier if you could even land an interview. But since not even Ivy League students can land jobs, it’s a D tier career right now. Also it’s paying like dog crap so it’s more like F tier
