I just started using My machine a Resmed product . I use the nasal pillows type mask, but it does not adjust to well and causes redness and sore nose.I like this type of mask do to the fact how the hose connects and it is more adjustable than the one I was provided with. My question is how do I know what size face frame I need ? I’m using a size SMALL nasal pillow. I want this type of head gear as seen in this video since it looks more adjustable. Thanks

I wish there was a way to make it more secure on my head. I love the fact that the hose is on the top keeping it from interfering with movement but it keeps sliding off my head. It makes me wonder if it's because my hair is long and it can't seat as securely as it would on someone with shorter hair. I keep wanting to tighten it more to keep it on but then my eyes puff up and it's very uncomfortable. Please find a way to make it stay more securely on people with long hair. Other than that, I love this system.

It keeps popping off my head. The head gear sits too far above the ears. I have a love hate for this mask.
