In this video, Jessi and I take you along on our amazing day at the beach for the weekend. We stayed in Seaside, Oregon, and started our day by visiting the beautiful Painted Rock Beach, which was pretty cool. As the name suggests, the beach is known for its vibrant and colorful rocks that are painted by visitors. The rocks are typically painted with messages, pictures, and various designs, making it a unique and interactive experience for visitors of all ages.
The Painted Rock Beach is located just north of Seaside's downtown area, and it's easily accessible by foot. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own paint and supplies, and to be respectful of others' artwork by not painting over or destroying them. It's a fun and creative way to leave your mark on the beach, and to experience a different side of Seaside's natural beauty.
Next, we headed up to Astoria, where we visited some incredible attractions. We explored the Oregon Film Museum and learned about the history of filming in the state.
The Oregon Film Museum is located in Astoria, Oregon, and it's a must-visit destination for movie buffs and fans of pop culture. The museum is housed in the old Clatsop County Jail, which was featured prominently in the opening sequence of the film "The Goonies".

We also visited the George Flavel Historical House, which gave us a glimpse into the life of one of Astoria's most prominent citizens.
