Thank you! Interesting topic. Learning about cogntive bias in general started my road to learning about anxiety and OCD as a partner of someone suffering from OCD. I can almost remeber that day in 2019 when I was in a conference in a hotel in Vegas, sitting in a classroom and we spent a couple of hours discussing congitive fallacies and bias. BOOM. So many things clicked. What condition or disorder can make a human mind almost generate this line of thinking... few years later of reading, listening to all information related to OCD and here we are. I know alot more but also know there's so much more and that's why we have experts and I prefer the part of being a supportful partner.
