either you dont have the volume knob up or your not on the correct power setting for your power supply i have the same amp and power supply on a 800 watt rms sub and makes it move if its a variable voltage make sure its running at 32v not 12v. edit: also your ohm load matters a lot to the lower the ohm load on the subwoofer the more watts in can draw even though the amp say it can only go down to 3 ohms im running it on a .5 ohm 8 so you can really pull some power from that amp as long as you got a good power supply and cooling, make sure to replace the fan on them they are not that reliable and a noctua fan can cool a hella of a lot better and be quiter and replace the thermal paste for the chip with thermal grizzly kryonaut thermal paste
