It actually works well as a scoped two round burst weapon due to the low first shot recoil. (yes it has a burst, and no, nobody uses it)

This is some funny timing, I used the UMP for a full game for the first time in ages yesterday and I got a 6 kill dinner with it. You’re right, it’s a laser beam! Barely any recoil

the tommy gun is also extremely underrated. It has the highest dmg of all Smgs and can destroy even in late game.

I usually go for m416(4x + canted) and a suppressed, red dot, vertical grip ump as my usual load out

Tho i still need to practice my recoil control cuz it sometimes cause me the game hahah

I choose the (what i call) "MY umpy LUMPY" in every game, especially on karakin if i also have an SLR.

My favorite weapon and many have scoffed at me. Which was good cos it was always left lying around.
Now i probably won't find it (or 45s) anymore :( hahaha feelsbadman

Ump-45
Underrated, but still awkward. The reason, could be the new unsuppressed sound and that damn straight magazine.
You better need an suppressor, to think you still have an UMP-9

Put a x6 on the UMP and zoom it all the way out. It is very accurate and does a lot of damage. It sounds silly to use but it’s very good.

Can you compare this to other SMGs? You’re comparing it to ARs and I understand why but most guys ai know choose their loadout by the map given. For example, On Mirimar and Erengale, where greater distances are common, DMRs/SR are use for long range and ARs for “short range”. But on maos like Karajan and Sanhook, most SMGs are for short and anything in the AR/SMG/SN for long. So on those smaller maps most non-pros aren’t debating between a UMP and 416, they’re debating between a UMP and a Vector, or an MP5. I haven’t seen the average player mount a scope to an SMG and go to town. Most players are average or below average, so doing this and being successful is unlikely when referring to the general population. What I want to know, and I’m sure millions of others, is why I should choose the UMP over the Vector or MP5. Go.
